Non-reserved legal services can include support such as legal research, drafting assistance, document preparation, document review, compliance support, form completion assistance and general legal information, provided those services do not amount to reserved legal activities.
Where a matter requires work that must be carried out by an authorised person, clients should instruct an authorised solicitor, barrister or other regulated legal professional.
Reserved legal activities are not offered
We do not undertake the following reserved legal activities:
